BoVegas Casino
Up to $/€5500 welcome bonus
BoVegas is a popular US-accepted online casino that reaches out worldwide with its general appeal. The USA probably makes up the bulk of the membership but players in lots of other countries frequent this casino every day. As always, there are some excluded territories, including Germany, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland and the UK.
Online now for roughly a decade, BoVegas enjoys a good reputation both with players and industry-insiders. Reviews are generally favourable. It's a stable casino, reliable with payouts and offering flexible bonuses.

Can I download BoVegas Casino?
Our investigations reveal that apparently, it used to be possible to download BoVegas Casino software to PC. However, for at least a few years now, that option has been removed in favour of a browser-only experience.
If you're playing via PC or Mac, you'll be using your usual browser to play games and carry out any account activity at BoVegas. That means using something like Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
Additionally, BoVegas doesn't seem to offer a downloadable app for mobile devices, so if you're using a phone or pad, you'll also be accessing BoVegas Casino via your trusty browser.
Plenty of casino games
Whilst it's accurate to point out that BoVegas isn't a true 'super-sized' casino, in the way that, say, Winz, qualifies, the games floor at BoVegas isn't exactly small either.
BoVegas' website isn't what we'd call super-modern and it could be easier to navigate at times. This is true when trying to work your way through the games selection.
Whilst it's possible to drill-down games by a few categories, ie. slots, popular, live dealer, table games and video poker - there's no option to view games by provider or even see a list of which providers are supplying the games at BoVegas Casino. On the plus side, you can search for specific game titles - and hope it's available at BoVegas.
We've been able to find games at BoVegas by various providers including DiceLab, Dragon Gaming, Nucleus, Rival, Saucify and Spadegaming. No, it's not going to compete with the big boys but it should suffice for the average player.
Always a good thing, most games at BoVegas can be played in 'fun mode' without the need to login to an account or risk any real money.
True, you won't get thousands of games from 100+ providers here but it's still a decent-sized gaming floor and you shouldn't find yourself stuck for something to play. The multi-provider sourcing of games means there's usually something new to try at BoVegas and for live dealer players, there are plenty of top-quality realistic table games to take on.
Welcome bonuses at BoVegas Casino
Things are far from clear when it comes to BoVegas Casino's welcome bonuses. In fact, it's a bit of a mess.
The homepage of BoVegas' website proudly boasts of a $6000 bonus but provides nothing in the way of information about this offer. Actually, we think it's an error or expired offer because if we visit the casino's promotions page, there's zero mention of a $6000 deal. Alternatively, it could be that a crypto deposit instead gets you a 300% bonus. It ain't obvious.
BoVegas' promo's page gives us a different welcome bonus: 'Get up to $5500 with 250% BoVegas Welcome on your first deposit of $25.' - and apparently this bonus can be claimed twice, so we don't know if the total welcome bonus is $5500 or twice that amount.
We're missing wager requirements, eligible games and any max bet limit. All of this should be prominently displayed. We had to create a real account with BoVegas Casino just to find a bit more information. Apparently, the wager requirement is x35 and there's a max cashout allowed of x25 your deposit amount.
We also discover an alternative welcome bonus, this time it's 100 spins on the Dreamcatcher slot by DiceLab. It's possible, though far from clear, that you'll get these spins at the same time as claiming the 250% bonus. Whatever the score, when we logged into our BoVegas account, the 100 spins were actually offered on a different game. So you could get spins on a mystery slot.
For risk-free gambling, there is apparently a no deposit required bonus available, if you're prepared to beg for it via live-chat. Basic details we're given are that it'll be a slots bonus (except for the progressive jackpot slots) or 'card games' (blackjack games, except for live dealer) with x50 wagering required and a max cashout of x2. We've really got no idea how much (if anything) you can claim by doing this.
Banking at BoVegas Casino
Things continue in a confusing fashion when it comes to banking options at BoVegas Casino. Yes, there's a 'banking' page at BoVegas' website but it bears little similarities when compared to the banking options you're given when logged into an account.
If we were to believe the information included on BoVegas' banking page, we'd have a huge range of banking options - including PayPal! We're 99% certain that a USA accepted online casino isn't accepting PayPal for deposits or withdrawals.
Most of the claimed banking options disappear when actually logged into an account. If our options are anything to go by, you're looking at credit/debit card, Neosurf and crypto-currencies. There's no sign of Paysafecard or Interac.
The majority of deposit options start at $25 minimum and apparently have 'no limit' on deposit amount. Withdrawal methods are few and not particularly generous - you can cashout via Bitcoin, card or bank transfer from $100 up to $2000. One cashout is permitted each week, so it's going to take a while to receive your full withdrawal if you've hit a really lucky streak.
VIP Club - comp points and perks
You probably won't be surprised to learn that BoVegas' loyalty program is a bit difficult to understand. That seems to be the theme here.
BoVegas Casino's loyalty program, named the VIP Club, is a four-tier system offering increased benefits as you work your way up the levels. Usually with online casinos, new members start on loyalty level 1 but that's not obvious at BoVegas. Apparently, level 1 membership, named 'Play Knight', offers a $150 free chip. If that's the case for basic membership then it'd be a good deal but we're dubious about such a freebie being handed out so easily.
The next three VIP levels are named Royal Elite, Imperial Pro and Vegas Legend, but there's no details provided about how to qualify for any of these tiers. We're just told the 'free chip' value increases, weekly and monthly cashback is awarded, higher withdrawals are possible and 'luxury anniversary rewards' can be expected.
Recommended?
BoVegas has been a difficult casino to review. The website is kinda terrible with confusing information at every turn. It really needs a complete overhaul.
BoVegas Casino is definitely showing its age, which considering its only been online for a decade, isn't great. It's a shame because underneath the confusion, there's a mostly decent casino trying to get out. The games selection isn't bad and there are some positive points. Offering telephone support is a big plus.
We'd like to see BoVegas work on improving its website and make the bonus terms friendlier, with no max win limits. If you find yourself playing here, you'll probably be satisfied. It's just about good enough to be recommendable. Still, there are better casinos.
