Customer service, we have a problem We hinted at the start of our Decode Casino review that customer service can be 'iffy', if our experience is anything to go by. One of the first problems we encountered with Decode was with getting our account verified. We submitted 'never before rejected ANYWHERE' ID to Decode and after a few days, it was rejected. Even worse, as a result of the various problems we suffered at Decode, we instructed the casino to close our account - something we rarely do. More than six months later, we're still able to log in to the account, so customer service apparently don't give a hoot.
