Prism Casino Download
Prism is one of the worst online casinos we've ever reviewed. For slow payouts and crazy-low cashout limits, Prism Casino has the competition beat. You should definitely be playing at a better SpinLogic casino. A worthy contender for your time and money is Slotastic Casino where members have NO max cashout limits and get paid promptly. Use the link below to start at Slotastic with 50 no deposit spins on the Fortunate Buddha slot.

It's difficult to know where to begin with Prism Casino. There's so much confusion, dodgy-dealings and sheer embarrassment-of-performance that we could seriously award Prism to be the 'worst online casino we've seen so far'. And we've seen some BAD casinos, so that takes some doing.
Let's start with what we DO know for sure. Part of the Virtual Casino Group, we understand, Prism is (apparently) a download-to-PC casino that can also be played via mobile devices, ie. phones and tablets. Members need to be aged 21+. Other 'sister-casinos' operated by the same network include Club Player, Cool Cat, Dreams, Palace Of Chance, Ruby Slots, Slots Of Vegas and Wild Vegas.
Prism has a very long history as an online casino but establishing its actual launch date is a mission in itself. Searching the internet and visiting the most popular online casino review sites will only confuse you further - pretty much every review site we visited gave us a different year-of-launch. Clearly, no-one does their homework as good as Casino-Download.com! Yay, us. It's likely that Prism has changed ownership at least once but it doesn't take genius-work to determine that Prism has been online in one form or another at its current domain since 2002.
Prism's casino games are provided by SpinLogic/RTG and apparently there's a 450% welcome bonus that comes with 300 'free spins' (we're pretty sure they're not 'free'). That's about it for clarity and we unfortunately have to enter a land of confusion, desperation and uncertainty from here on.
I want that 450% bonus! How much can I get?
You ask a good question because we'd love to know the answer too. Prism's website homepage proudly boasts of offering a 450% bonus with 300 'free spins' (that you have to deposit real money to obtain, no doubt) but absolutely NO information about the maximum bonus amount, or the minimum deposit required to get this bonus. We did our Due Diligence and searched thoroughly through Prism Casino's FAQ, T&C, promotions page, etc. and found absolutely no help for players (or reviewers).
Talking of terms and conditions, on our travels we did find this pearl-of-dung tucked away: "Maximum Withdrawal (Cash-out) Rules: Maximum withdrawal amount is determined solely by the amount of the deposit. e.g. if the Player deposits $100 and uses a bonus with a 10x maximum withdrawal limit, then the maximum amount that may be withdrawn is $1,000."
We bolded the significant sentence above because it needs highlighting. It's an appalling term and nothing short of damn-greedy, bordering on corrupt. Prism Casino should be ashamed of themselves for ripping-off players in this way.
Feel free to hunt around Prism's website for yourself - see if you can do any better than we did. Quirky surprises in store for you are an almost-blank 'promotions' page with NO information about the welcome bonus, an FAQ page littered with spelling mistakes and incorrect information.
How do I download Prism Casino?
If you're here to download Prism Casino's software then you'll have an interesting experience. Prism's website is loaded with references to downloading its games software, including instructions on how to access it, but if you happen to locate a working download link then it just won't work (see screenshot).
Anyone using Prism's website can expect many more slip-ups that will make you laugh, cry or possibly both. It's like taking a crash-course on how NOT to operate an online casino.
Fast payouts? That sounds great!
Fast payouts would be great, we agree! This is where we spot another apparent-typo (in the form of an image) on Prism's website where it is claimed that players get paid 'in 24h or less', which definitely made us chuckle. Surely, Prism has to be having a laugh with that one?
Maybe someone, somewhere did once get paid-out in 23 hours and 59 minutes and Prism are still living off that accolade. It's not just that Prism's claim is incorrect but it is SO DAMN INCORRECT that it's infuriating and genuinely makes us angry, especially when we see Prism advertised (even as a fast-paying casino) on less reputable online casino review websites (you know who you are).
Prism is - and ALWAYS HAS BEEN - a very, very slow-pay casino. It will almost definitely take you weeks to receive even the smallest of cashouts. It could easily take months. Try a brief search online about Prism and you'll very quickly notice that there are a bazillion complaints about this casino. Now, online casino complaints are hardly unique to Prism but it's the sheer volume of them and the enormous percentage of them that relate to being slow-paid even for tiny withdrawals.
Delay tactics are commonly used to hold onto a player's money for as long as possible - ideally, long enough for them to play it back and lose the money. You might win here but by the time you get your winnings it will feel like a loss to your soul. Prism's homepage-boasting of 24 hour cashouts is blown to bits by a simple look through the casino's own T&C page where it reveals you're likely AT BEST to get your money in 14 working days (so 18 real days) and probably much longer. That is NOT 24 hours payouts.
If you've found yourself in the position of joining and depositing at Prism Casino and you're trying to get your winnings paid then we really wish you good luck. Be prepared to be asked for excessive documentation that might (or might not) relate to your deposit method. Players who have deposited via crypto have in the past been asked for copies of their credit cards, if player feedback complaints are to be believed - and we do.
Recommended?
Yes! Just kidding. Of course we do not recommend anyone play at Prism. We don't think we'd even risk free-play mode. Actually, that's not true - we did play some of Prism's free-mode games and it's rare praise for Prism that they offer 'no registration required' access to SpinLogic's latest games for free. Still, there are hundreds and hundreds of high-quality, fast-paying, fair-play SpinLogic-powered online casinos with a working PC download edition. There seems zero logic in throwing your money at Prism Casino.
If you enjoy delays, this is the place for you - but please, stop supporting these outfits. They prey on newcomers to the online casino scene who haven't yet figured out that not all casinos treat their players equally. And some of them are downright 'not nice'. This is one of them. When you load games at Prism Casino there's a brief message, "Simple. Transparent. Fair." If only.
