Having only games exclusive to 3Dice results in a much smaller collection than you'll find at most online casinos - instead of counting the available games in hundreds (or thousands now at some mega-casinos), 3Dice has a tiny collection of casino games countable in the tens. But numbers are not everything and the games available here, whilst some are not particularly exciting or pretty, are sufficient to entertain.
New games come along every now and then (not frequently) to add to the collection. Snooty or Exclusive - you decide
The second thing that smacked us in the face as online casino/gambling reviewers/journalists was just how different 3Dice Casino operate with regards to marketing and reaching out to websites/publishers who should - if 3Dice had any sense - be singing the many praises of 3Dice. It was already well-known to us (and the rest of the entire online gambling world) that 3Dice had/have a strange approach that definitely doesn't encourage publishers or promoters to work with them and this was confirmed during our few years of 'working' with 3Dice. Next to impossible would be a fair description and we honestly don't think anyone at 3Dice gives two shits about that!
Whether 3Dice's attitude and communication-style is confidence or arrogance is difficult to tell from our side of the fence. Certainly, most comments from existing/previous business partners regarding working with 3Dice have not been positive and we're not in any hurry to do so again ourselves. Life's too short and as you'll discover during this unfortunately negative review (we take no pleasure in this from the perspective of previously regular 3Dice players), 3Dice do plenty of other things they should NOT be doing. And equally bad, NOT doing things that they should be.

If you can't publish your bonus term and information on the website then it sure looks dodgy to us, even if it turns out to be the best, fairest bonus in the world. One has to wonder what is being smoked at 3Dice.
Whatever it is, they probably started using it around 2013 which is the last time they won an award, following consistently being awarded annual online casino accolades - EVERY year since 2007, one year after 3Dice's launch. This perhaps paints a better picture than we could ever describe with words to demonstrate 3Dice's fall from grace.
It's been genuinely sad to have watched 3Dice fall apart and see the casino as a wasted opportunity both for the company/its staff and its very loyal members.
USA-friendly or not?
3Dice was well-known for many years as one of the most popular online casinos accepting American players with only a couple of states excluded. Then this position became very murky and 3Dice didn't communicate with its players, marketers, forum posts or anywhere else for a long time, leaving everyone with no idea if 3Dice could still be downloaded by USA-based players or even if the casino was going out of business. It's worth mentioning here that this could be seen as the beginning of when 3Dice really stopped communicating - getting word from the casino from here onwards was always going to be a trial and then the responses we managed to receive were (we determined) intentionally vague or useless.
Eventually - and we have NO idea if this is still the case - we discovered that 3Dice had decided NOT to accept any new players living in the USA but that existing US clients could continue to play (for real money). Now, this was some years ago and it's been ages since 3Dice blessed us with the honour of any information so if you're US-based and haven't joined 3Dice and still want to after reading this review then be our guest and contact the casino to ask them.
The end is nigh - 3Dice bin their download casino
For the first decade or so of 3Dice's life, the casino was a strictly download-only casino with no instant-play/browser or mobile version. Then everything flipped on its head and went haywire. 3Dice didn't just introduce a browser-based version of their casino (which would have been fine - an extra facility, in fact) but decided to completely remove its download casino, leaving all 3Dice members stuck with useless downloaded casino software.
Looking at the browser-based games at 3Dice now (still a small collection), there are lots of the best games missing that were in the 3Dice download casino - games we enjoyed playing most often and won the biggest amounts on, coincidentally. They're all gone and have been replaced with another generic-looking no download casino, to go up against thousands of competitors. Great move, 3Dice!
At the same time that 3Dice lost their marbles and discontinued the downloadable casino, they also introduced a mobile version just in case you want to REALLY experience a drop in quality from download to mobile. The mobile casino is fine - as are most mobile online casinos - but you're playing it using a phone-size screen (or a pad if you're lucky) and it just isn't the same. The only plus point is that if you previously had an account with 3Dice's download casino then you can use the same login details to access the new browser and mobile casinos. Lucky you. The mobile casino works with most modern browsers, phones and pads/tablets including Android, Apple, iOS, Linux, OSX (Mac) and Windows.
3Dice's self-destruction goes into overdrive
We've touched on the poor communication issues experienced working with 3Dice. To be fair, most players will probably receive a decent customer support response but that's as far as our plaudits can go. On several occasions as players ourselves at 3Dice, we experienced the removal of banking options with no notification or explanation. A simple e-mail to members (especially those who have USED the now removed banking option before at 3Dice) would enable members to plan ahead and sort a replacement deposit/cashout method. Without any notice from 3Dice, players are faced with not being able to deposit or cashout via their previously used method and have had no time to deal with it. This is hardly business rocket science.
With the loss of 3Dice's download casino, numerous negative player reports from existing members (something you'd never have seen a few years ago), the loss of some of their best games, incidents when the casino's staff have vanished for months before reappearing as if nothing has been amiss, the removal and/or change of payment options with NO notification and very poor communication, we cannot endorse 3Dice. It's not right somewhere. We've had zero replies to enquiries over a number of years to very simple questions regarding visitors we send their way - not good enough and definitely worthy of the blacklisted casinos status it now carries.
 It's had its day - move on
Bottom line, 3Dice cannot be relied upon and fall well short of recommendation by casino-download.com. Yes, it's still a quirky casino in some ways but is no longer worth trying . Almost all of its USP's have disappeared. It ain't a pretty picture and there are better, more reliable alternatives - especially for online casino downloaders looking for a gaming site offering a wider range of games, gameplay, better support, cashier options and well, everything else.
