32 Red Casino Download
32 Red Casino puts on a good show for the playing public but this outfit of rogues is probably the most hated compàny in the online gambling industry. 32 Red is infamous behind-the-scenes for numerous broken promises, failing to pay-up and generally being operated by untrustworthy individuals. There are MUCH better casinos for your money and we urge 32 Red members to vote with their deposits and opt for a reputable casino with the same games (and more) such as Zodiac Casino where new sign-ups get 80 millionaire spins for just $/€/£1!
I'm interested! - Visit Zodiac Casino
Download the blacklisted 32 Red Casino (at your considerable risk - read on) to your PC/laptop to access downloaded games from Microgaming or play the no download version in your browser. There's also a mobile version of the casino compatible with Android/Blackberry, iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch.
Payouts of players cashouts used to be super-fast but over the years 32 Red has intentionally slowed down paying its players and stopped paying on certain days, in the hope that players will reverse the withdrawal and play again, losing the cashout money. Thanks, 32 Red!
Dump 32Red. Move to Quality Microgaming
From a far more reputable, well-respected Microgaming stable of online casinos and still (for now) offering players download-to-PC/laptop premium casino software, free to download.
Once signed-up to any of the following casinos, it's likely you'll become a regular. This group get exclusive Microgaming games not available at 32Red plus access to new Microgaming releases before 32 Red members get their hands on them - usually a good, full month ahead of the rest. You'll be joining by far the most successful Microgaming group and in our opinion, the best option for online casino players who want access to Microgaming 'and friends' classic casino games.
The above is NOT speculation but on-record fact. 32Red's boffins actually got together and had a meeting to determine how much extra profit they'd make out of their players if they limited and slowed the withdrawal process.
This is the absolute nature and thought-processing of the people running the show at Kindred/32 Red Casino and making decisions that directly impact players potential winnings and losses at 32 Red and - we choose our words carefully - scumbags, who players are trusting with their money for a fair experience.
For what it's worth, we've been reviewing online casinos since before 32 Red and its parent company (Kindred) was even created. We know the 'rotten' from the good and far more about the internet gambling industry than they do. It speaks volumes that 32 Red is the ONLY blacklisted Microgaming casino at Casino-Download.com and widely across the internet at reputable online casino review sites and guides. You'll still see find plenty of less-ethical 'review sites' promoting 32 Red, unfortunately.
Note that unfortunately, only first deposits made by credit/credit card or PayPal qualify for the welcome bonus. Use any other deposit method (ie. another e-wallet or wire) and you won't get the welcome bonus. The bonus varies depending on your location and we're not going to promote it anyway.
Hidden downloads and faded glory
Whilst 32 Red has earned itself a reputation for growing too big to be personally attentive, there are many similar casinos offering the same Microgaming games (and in some cases, more than 32 Red) such as the newer, less 'tired' Cosmo Casino (click it to view in a new tab/window).
Cosmo and other newer casinos have been busy taking a not-insignificant slice of 32 Red's player base and are likely to continue doing so offering a newer, more energetic experience with new, different games to try alongside all the Microgaming classics.
32 Red isn't anything like the dominant online casino monster it used to be in the UK, or globally. Payments needed to stay fast (as mentioned earlier, 32 has slowed down payouts over recent years and withdrawn the weekend cashout facility) and the casino needed to stay fresh or it risked becoming another Microgaming relic, which is very much on the cards.
32Red squeezing players dry
Stealing money, constantly getting fined by regulators for dodgy-dealings, cheating publishers/advertisers and changing terms retroactively are all VERY good reasons to keep your distance from 32 Red. It's days of dowload casino glory are over and we're firmly in the land of browser/mobile-clipjoint dodgepots to steer well clear of.
Changes made to any online casino are - or should be - positive steps to improve an existing download or non-download casino but 32 Red's changes have always meant a very tangible reduction in service, quality, member benefits and/or facilities. It's called greed and dishonesty and it's been an interesting policy to watch 32Red take a once famous premium 32 Red download casino and turn it into a run-of-the-mill gambling site that doesn't have a single USP to speak of. Well, there ARE 32 Red USPs but they're unfortunately all negative.
A slow decline
Something not (yet) directly noticeable to 32 Red's membership is their habitual practice of retroactively changing terms and conditions of contracts with advertisers and affiliates, knowingly paying the publisher considerably less than the originally agreed amount. Whilst most players won't be aware or involved in any of this, it does unfortunately speak volumes about the moral attitude of the individuals responsible at 32 Red regarding their 'pay your bills' philosophy and their willingness to honour agreed deals and owed monies. We talked with 32 Red's staff right up until the point of blacklisting and the arrogance and rudeness demonstrated by their employees was staggering. There are some 'not nice' people operating 32 Red. Don't expect any difference as a player if/when you run into difficulties with your account/cashouts.
Some remaining players at 32 Red might be satisfied enough for now but long-term members are very likely to have noticed less promo's, significantly (and deliberately) slower payouts of winnings, loyalty point reward issues and a lot of other annoying niggles over the years - not least some serious hiding of 32 Red's download casino. Despite the casino's download edition being by far the best version of 32 Red (it's even named the PREMIUM version!), 32 Red appear determined to keep it on the quiet. Which is where we usually come to the rescue. Hurrah for Casino-Download.com! Well, actually not - we pulled our download links to 32 Red when the casino became blacklisted. We do not want to be the source of any players losing money to a dishonest casino and cannot in good conscience send new members their way. Unlike the crooks running this operation, we have morals and profit is not everything.
Comparing the competition
If you're tempted to see how Cosmo compares to 32 Red, read our review of Cosmo Casino (opens in new tab/window) and decide for yourself which is better and most importantly, which one you prefer. Bottom line, 32 Red is no longer particularly noteworthy and there are lots of alternative casinos that offer a lot more so check out some of 32 Red's rival casinos.
You can read about other online casinos in the 32 Red group here at casino-download.com including Roxy Palace Casino (now thankfully a closed casino) - all are Microgaming instant-play and download casinos.
For players still risking their money at 32 Red, the casino offers regular monthly promotions for existing players, including reload bonuses and free chip giveaways. You will automatically be included in 32 Red Casino's loyalty program, Red Ruby Rewards. Again, you can expect to run into problems with most of these.
Recommended?
No! No! No! 32Red Casino has been officially blacklisted for stealing advertisers funds, plus allowing their casino to become pretty crappy compared to most online casinos - especially Microgaming. 32 Red is no longer a trustworthy brand or casino and we urge visitors to close their accounts. Ensure you remove ALL your details, especially your payment and personal details. Play at 32 Red at your own risk - and it's a big one.
32 Red Casino/Kindred Group's 'Big Fines' world-domination tour
March 2020 Update: Despite our clear instructions to Kindred/32 Red not to contact us, we continue to receive spam from them regarding their affiliate program. We have warned 32 Red that any further contact will result in a reporting of their activity to the UK Gambling Commission. As expected, 32 Red's replies (from an individual calling himself 'Ben' but providing no surname) have continued to be rude and unprofessional. Again, we repeat that you could experience the same unprofessionalism if/when you attempt to close your account and prevent receiving further contact from this group. We'll keep you posted on any further spam we receive from 32 Red and reiterate our strong advice NOT to risk your money with this outfit of failing brands.
ANOTHER March 2020 Update! 32 Red continue their unethical attitudes and actions and seem to WANT a referral complaint to the UK Gambling Commission. Although we received an apology and assurance that we would receive no further correspondence from 32 Red, we have AGAIN been spammed by this group of rogues. We did warn you that it would be difficult to close your accounts and prevent further contact and they seem hell bent on proving us right. After our latest complaint, 32 Red's response (from someone who couldn't even be bothered to provide a name) was, "You do not have the option of opting out of these messages". We think it's time to let the UKGC decide about that. Good luck, 32 Red.
And again... Just minutes after informing 32 Red/Kindred that we were escalating our complaint to the UK Gambling Commission, and in the midst of completing the complaint form to start the process, we have received this reply from another person who decided not to put their name to the e-mail (cowardly or afraid of retribution from the UKGC?): "Sincere apologies for this. I will rectify this immediately. Again sorry for the confusion, and you will no longer receive any communications from us, corporate or otherwise, moving forward."
Well, we've heard that more than once already and still we received additional spam. We're not holding our breath but we're nicer than we should be and will give these amateurs just ONE more chance to stop their spamming - one more chance than they rightfully deserve - before submitting a formal complaint to the UKGC. 32 Red, you're on your final warning.
The news keeps on coming: 32 Red's company (Kindred Group) has been fined SEK 100 million ($9.5 million!) by the Swedish Gambling Authority (SGA) for being in breach of the required gambling legislation. This fine comes after Spooniker Ltd (also part of Kindred Group) was found to be "offering customers financial incentives" outside the terms of their legal requirements. Naughty, Kindred Group. We doubt this is the last fine this group will receive (spoiler alert! we were correct!) given its approach to business-ethics and treatment of players.
September 2020 update: Credit where it's due, we have not received any more spam from Kindred/32 Red since the latest update. However, 32 Red/Kindred is still very much a hot topic in advertiser/affiliate discussion forums where due funds and agreed contracts are being ripped up regularly by 32 Red, stealing money that is very much legitimately due. 32 Red and its parent company continue to bring shame into the online casino industry and it's a company we'd really like to see disappear from the gambling scene.
2022: A mix of good and bad (naturally mostly bad) from 32 Red and the rest of the Kindred Group since our last update. 2001 came went with us receiving a small (but still happening) amount of spam from 32 Red. It was infrequent enough for us to let it go. Throughout the online gambling industry, Kindred and 32 Red's reputation hasn't just stagnated but plummeted to new depths. Not a month goes by without us reading about yet another advertiser partner being short-changed or ripped off in some way. Several advertisers are publicly discussing taking legal action to get paid by these thieves. It ain't gonna change, boys and girls. But some people still play here.
On the plus side, the financial press has seized the moment to reveal 32Red's owning company, Kindred, has seen its profits "plummet" by "a fall of 32.2%" in its half year 2022 results. Oh, the Norwegian Gambling Authority has warned a subsidiary of Kindred Group that it would receive "a fine of up to NOK437m (£36.2m) if it failed to leave the market", so it's back to the bad new again for this outfit.
Late 2022 Summary: As we move into 2023 it's a good time to look over 32 Red/Kindred's performance in 2022 and it's honestly been absolutely horrific. Regular players won't know (or perhaps care) but this group's reputation within the online gambling industry is worse than dirt. Kindred is famous for its unethical approach to business and we've not reported on loads of fines from various government bodies around the world in the latter part of 2022 for wrongdoings and dodgy underhand dealings by 32 Red. Most recently, the Swedish Gambling Authority fined Kindred a sanction fee of SEK 10.9 million (that's just over a million dollars at time of writing) for 'due diligence' and money laundering failings, to name just a couple of 'oops' moments that seem to plague 32 Red's owners. Anyone still want to put money into the pockets of 32 Red...?
'We couldn't even reach 2023 without another problem' update: They only had a few weeks to go to make it out of the year without yet ANOTHER fine, lawsuit or other exposure of 32 Red/Kindred's illegal and/or unethical activities. This time, Kindred is in trouble in Poland where they're facing another whopping fine - $6.3 million. We'll let the charges do the talking:
"Kindred's activities have been a source of controversy for a long time. The group notoriously violates the gambling regulations of many countries, including Poland. In our country, the law is broken by the activities of the Unibet brand, which has been directing its offer for many years and allows Polish players to register. The operator offers, among others, casino games exclusive to Totalizator Sportowy, while sports betting is not subject to the 12% turnover tax or the 10% tax on winnings over PLN 2,280. Therefore, we are talking about unfair competition, where all legally operating operators in Poland lose out."
It continues: "In view of Unibet's illegal activities, STS has decided to take legal action against the Kindred Group. The Polish operator indicates that in addition to registering players from our country, Unibet also violates the Polish gambling law through its marketing activities. The operator has repeatedly appeared on the shirts of foreign teams that played their matches in our country. What's more, the Unibet website is available in Polish, and the domain has changed names many times after they were entered in the Register of Illegal Operators. It only shows that Kindred has violated many provisions of the Gambling Act. In addition, Unibet's activity also puts Polish players at risk, claiming that it has an international license, which, however, as indicated by STS, does not exist." If you understand Polish better than we do, you can read more here.
2023 Fine Time! Poland's decide to kick-out 32 Red
Well, that didn't take very long! 32 Red/Kindred seem to be playing a game of whack-a-mole dealing with international fines constantly being applied or put into process. No country of repute wants 32 Red/Kindred near its citizens, apparently.
In January 2023 and Kindred/Unibet faced another enormous fine, this time from the previous/above-mentioned Polish authorities who appear to be pressing ahead with their intention to fine Kindred for anything up to the tune of up to $6.3 million.
This time Kindred is in the spotlight (darklight?) for illegally accepting players without the required license that Kindred knew they needed but continued to target Polish players, even as far as creating Poland-specific websites and promotional pages.
Quiz Time! Which will be the NEXT COUNTRY to target 32 Red for being um, horrible people?
If you are still playing for real money at 32 Red or any of its ugly offspring (including Betfair, Bingo.com, Bohemia, Huone, iGame, Kolikkopelit, Maria, Paddy Power, PokerStars, Sky Bet, Unibet, Vlad Casino) then do everyone a big favour and find yourself an honest Microgaming casino. There are loads of them and zero reason to push money into the pockets of Kindred's evil-doers.

For those still in doubt, search for 32 Red blacklisted in any search engine and you'll find most reputable online casino portals have also dumped 32 Red for theft, dishonesty and lots of other reasons. Take a look around player forums and you'll find an endless stream of player (or rather, ex-player) complaints regarding slow payouts, greed and 32 Red's wish that you'll lose/reverse your withdrawal before you ever see a penny/cent of it. We ain't alone in our thinking and it's reassuring to know that there ARE some other ethical websites out there as well as Casino-Download.com trying to spread the word about 32 Red's actions.
Casino Download instructions: we do not provide download links to blacklisted casinos. 32 Red is a perfect example of why we provide 'future-proof' download links for our visitors - links that STILL work again in the future even if the casino (usually 32 Red) decides to shift its download casinos somewhere else. Again. We were able to provide a direct 32 Red Casino software download but these links have been disabled by 32 Red for reasons best known to themselves. The 32 Red download casino is still available but (rather annoyingly) the process has changed. We no longer offer links to retrieve the download file (32Red.exe) for 32 Red directly from the casino as we do not want to encourage new sign-ups/victims to join 32 Red Casino. If you are determined to download this blacklisted casino then we suggest you search elsewhere and visit the casino's website and open a new player account in your browser - once you've done this, you should then be given the option to download 32 Red's casino software. In our opinion, this would be a very reckless thing to do!

Cashout limits: withdrawal requests of $/€/£100,000+ 'may need to be processed in increments' which is fine (generous, even, when compared to the competition). 32Red, however, still manage to mess this up with a very unnecessary 'threat' that your account could be suspended if you attempt to withdraw more than the limit. If it's such a serious breach then 32 Red's own cashier system should PREVENT higher than permitted withdrawals. But that would be too simple. And wouldn't give 32Red an opportunity to void a valid (and huge) win. Here's their lovely words of advice: 'Breaching this account usage rule may result in complications recovering your funds, and even account suspension.'. Highly charming.
